Involve Your Kids

We are bringing up a generation of children that have very little knowledge about food; where it comes from, how to prepare it, what to eat and how much. Getting your children involved in the kitchen is not only a way to reconnect with them, but also to show them good eating habits. Also, when kids prepare something to eat for themselves, they are more likely to eat it.

Set a good example, children will pick up on what you do or not eat
